Source: de Champlain.
State upon Receipt: Fair physical condition, original power connector had been removed and a hole made in the side for a new connector. Functional, except "L" low battery indicator always on. Rechargeable battery pack had been removed.
Current State: Fully functional (2020 Feb) (28 May 2001).

Symptoms: "L" low battery indicator always on.
Solution: 750 ohm resistor in voltage sensing circuit had drifted up to ~950 ohms. Replaced.
