Solution: Decayed bumpers on solenoid replaced.

Symptoms: Powered up. Functions but fails after board swapping with unit 435.
Solution: Board swapping isolates problem to CPU board. Processor module removed from board, contacts and compression strips cleaned with alcohol, other board contacts cleaned as well, reinstalled. Functional.
