Procedure:	Power supply, monitor, communications port and keyboard electronics reverse-engineered. Port configuration switches figured out, bit rates determined by clock measurment. 78M12 for V-12 replaced.

Procedure:

Unit is dead on power-up. Power switch on brightness control is faulty. Removed for access, isoprop and contact cleaner with lubricant applied by seep. Switch functional. Unit powers up, functional in LOCAL mode.
Caps lock key sticky. Isoprop applied by seep. Lock lever binding between double spring plate which should only be a single plate. Shifted under both plates.
Some front panel switches rough, intermittent. Toggle caps removed for cleaning with isoprop seep.

Procedure:	Characters sent and received via RS-232 port. Test screens generated and displayed. Some instability in vertical, and retrace visible at max brightness, at power-up. These go away after a couple minutes warm-up.
