Toshiba T4097
Module

This device contains four digit (anode) drivers for NIXIE tubes.
Period: ~ 1969/70.
Source of Data: The pinout for this device was derived from reverse engineering of a Casio 121B, by Mick Metselaar.
Technology: Probably potted discrete devices or a thick-film network of transistors and resistors. Note that the high-voltage isolation capacitors between the logic and these drivers, as well as the anode current limiting resistors, are external to this device.
Packaging: Plastic module on 14-pin DIP spacing.
  • Package as viewed from above.
