Source of Data: The pinout for this device was derived from reverse engineering of a Casio 121B, by Mick Metselaar.
Technology: Used in a calculator based on JMOS ICs, but this is probably just a network of diodes.
Supply Voltage: A single connection to -24V.
Packaging: Standard 14-pin DIP.
